I would. I'm a nut when it comes to scratches, dings, and imperfections. My eyes go right to them.

As others have said, check out a wheel repair company. I've used them in the past and have experienced perfect results for much less than the cost of a new wheel.

Some will take the wheel with them, weld in the nick, grind, smooth, and repaint or powdercoat.

Did the small loss of mass effect the wheel balance at all?

I did get the wheel professionally repaired, the picture is a few posts up.

I am not sure. I didn't ask to have the wheel rebalanced. I cannot tell a different in my daily driving. I may have the dealer check it when I take it in for my first free oil change

OP hasn't been here in a year.

My guess is the repair included paint.

I jacked up my wheel in South Carolina in the low country, high curbs, be careful! Went to a Rim Doctor rep in my town and they took care of it, couldn't find where they fixed it...

For sure ask a few wheel shops about the repair. You would be surprised how much they can do and usually it's 150 or less. If they can't do it they should tell you up front.

I curbed mine. Carried it to the wheel shop. Gave them the graphite silver metallic 784U paint code. They fixed the damage but my other wheels are more a bronze color than silver. Everywhere I look there is only two different colors for the 1LE wheel. Black and silver... Can anyone advise on possibly a bronze paint code? I can upload pictures if it would help. I asked in a different thread but didn't get much help there even with the pictures.

I really need to get my wheel right asap before I carry the car to get ceramic coated.
