Who purchased the gloss black gfx kit

Hey all, can anyone who purchased the gm gloss black gfx ground effects kit from their dealer help me out with some information? I'm having issues with my dealership on ordering / support of the product. Can you let me know how the order process was/ what part number was and did they warranty it if you did your own install?

I had the Mosaic Black GFX kit from GM installed on my 2018 RS. Save yourself $500 (seriously) and order the parts from another source (I purchased mine from ShopChevyParts.com).

To answer some of your questions, if you have the dealer install them but purchase from elsewhere, yes, GM will still warranty the parts. If you install them, I don't honestly know. Also, in my case, the GFX kit was backordered as they are painted at the factory when ordered (which took a week-ish).

Part number for Gloss Black GFX kit (dual-exhaust) is #84116166.

Also, just in case you have a quad-tip exhaust (with NPP), the part number is #84116167. Both part numbers are for the SS models.

And no problem. :-)

I do have npp, I heard the rear changes a bit but not drastically. I haven't seen good pics of the difference.

The rear diffuser is different as each set of exhaust tips will be enclosed by a stainless steel shroud built into the diffuser itself. The opening is just big enough to get 4" tips through without touching the sides. I love the look but I was scared for a bit that my Borla ATAK quad-tips weren't going to fit.

Here is a good example of what the GFX kit will look like, albeit with subtle changes I'm guessing for the SS models:
