Sorry to revive an old thread but Nick have you weighted the car just before the cage? I wonder how much the cage weight, would like to estimate our weight before we send it to get it done.

by the way, i don't know if you were thinking about taking out the whole heater and Ac assembly if not already done, it weights 25pounds.

Yeah i did not weight before cage.. sorry.

Yeah session is over so more weight needs to come out.

what do you mean by Trunk floor reshaped and aluminum used, i am curious?

So the truck floor drops down for storage from the factory. We are going to cut that area out to tuck the exhaust pipes higher so that the diffuser has more area. The exhaust tips will come out of the pumper like Huracan Performante.

I get cutting the spare tire compartment for weight. But if you are cutting it just to reroute the exhaust there is no need it'll fit if you make a tubular rear bumper bar.

As Krops mentioned MFR engineering as a few Camaros out there with this mod.... DMC exhaust werks built it for them though. Maybe reach out to them.

excited to see which ever way you go because the mod thru the bumper looks AMAZING !!!!
