I guess your picture is from https://www.hubcaphaven.com/p/23230/...-22998074.html. These stock wheels are manufactured by random Chinese suppliers for GM.
One thing I know for sure is that SS 1LE wheels are made in China by Dicastal (CITIC Dicastal Co.), but I'm not certain whether all the other wheels are made by them as well. You could check the stamping inside the wheel well for the Dicastal name or logo.
