I agree. When I see any other gen6, (SS or otherwise) I have yet to second guess my choice. Aside from the appearance IT IS all the little things that people notice.
My only regret is that I bought two more gears so my wife can enjoy it....lol, both the A8 and my wife add weight to the car....kidding.... I shudder to think what will happen if she sees this post... more A8 humor...

I am flabbergasted at how many times I have been asked, “what kind of car is that?”
I hadn’t thought about it, but there is no Camaro emblem, and I’m perfectly ok with that, except for a few folks that thought it was a mustang.
I really dislike the chevron on the non FIFTYs cars...never did appeal to me. My son in law kept asking about the French edition Camaros.... wut?.... ohhhhhhhh!.... he thought the chevron was French colors.... that would get removed at the dealer if mine came with it.
Likewise, my wash mitt keeps snagging on the FIFTY emblem. One of these days it’s gonna tear off, and piss me off. I feel like I should buy extra while I can.

As long as it works I’m good. I’m trying figure out how to unscrew the darn thing. It was REALLY tight before I put it in.

Mine came with an extra FIFT emblem in the glove box. Appears one of the Y's was replaced during its days as a dealer demo.

I take the 2 button head allen screws out and pull the can up to unscrew it. Be super careful of the screws and washers, be a pain to drop them. Just my method.

I have finally felt the dreaded A8 shudder. BUT it is just rearing it’s head in my Yukon, not my SS.
Geez, I now know how freaking irritating it has been for all of you that have had it. My Yukon has been hard shifting for a year, but the dealer told me it was normal. I told him my 10 year old truck with an A4 shifts without noticing in normal driving, and I expect better....
Well I hope a couple flushes fixes it....
