Eh, a pre painted center bumper overlay won't cost too much.

Black and gray only. The front is too busy, too many lines going in different directions.
I can't stand the DRL's going so far to the middle of the grill. Should have stopped them at the edge of the headlight. |

Very ugly refresh.
But in this case, black looks best because it hides (blends in) all the ugly mess up front. It's still ugly, no doubt, but at least with black you can't tell what's what.

It bothers me that not all the lights come on when braking/or for turn signals. I like the new rear but think it would be better if all 4 lights worked as brake lights similar to the 2010-13 model. As it is now it looks like some lights are out which looks bad. I wonder if all 4 with the LEDs was just too bright or something?

Nope.
The 2014 refresh seemed like a decent representation of what was to come in the future... The 2019 refresh looks like a huge step backwards IMO, and I really hope whatever comes next (IF sales can even survive and there is a 7th gen, and they don't just kill the name again at the end of 6th gen production) is better than this horrible refresh. |

You know what it is? The new revision doesn't bring out the toughness of the Camaro. It's been weenied down into some sort of .... soccer mom "sport" something-or-other. It looks super tame and really more like a souped-up Buick (no offense to Buick's) than anything else. The '16 really hit the right tone; this is a huge step in the wrong direction. They may sell some of these, but not to muscle car enthusiasts.
Sad. |
