Picked up a new pickup.

Over 2.5 years of fun with our Camaro, I just couldn’t ignore the incentives GM was giving on the Silverados. We saw a ton of need for us to get back into a truck this year so I pulled the trigger yesterday.

I plan on looking at a Camaro again in 1.5 years when our 16 Malibu lease is up. Also going to consider ZL1’s and Vettes since there may be serious discounts on the Vette due to the mid engine car coming out in the near future.

Thanks! Just took it on a round trip to Orlando with our granddaughter yesterday. Rides much better than the 11 Silverado!

Thank you! It's been nice to have a truck again. I don't think I'll ever go without one after spending the last 4 years without one. We've ended up renting Home Depot trucks several times just to pick up furniture or building supplies.

That's a fine looking machine. I want a pick up. I'll probably get a used Colorado at some point.

I really liked the Colorado, but my wife didn't. And she was right, a full size is what we needed personally.

Loving my used 2015 Colorado...a lot!

But you have to put things into perspective....if you need full size room or capability, then don't settle.

For me, the Colorado is awesome.

Awesome truck! Congrats. I'm actually considering letting the ZL1 go and getting a truck. Living up here in the northeast it is highly impractical for me to have the 2 cars I have and no SUV or truck. So I'm actively looking for a good deal. I'm cross shopping between the Ram 1500 and Silverado 1500. I'd rather have the Chevy but the Ram pickups look meaner and there seem to be better deals right now. We'll see...

I traded-in my 2018 Silverado for my 2018 Camaro, and I would be lying if I said I didn't occasionally regret said decision.
