Spike III Build 2011 IBM 1SS/RS [COTW 6/25/12]

I really like all of them but ACS the best but the most expensive.

ACS is better on every level, except that the Hex go better with rally stripes.

Can't go wrong with the ZL1 replica insert. I think it looks better (my 2 cents)

What do you want from them? The Hex Vents will release much more heat from under the hood.

Just a few tweaks:

If you go with the zl1 style vent, do take notice that GM used a totally different grill as the 2010 and 2011 grills were not 'efficient' with the ZL1 hood -- thus the ZL1 had its own 'aero' grill to work in concert to evacuate the heat -- if you track or race that may make a difference. Personally like the ZL1 style, but went with the Hex Vents for what I was looking for.

Even the refresh hood vent is a viable option...

....but it would be naive to not ask here, out in the open, how do you fellows know that the Hex vents, decipitate heat better than the ZL1 insert or even a ZL1 hood, installed on the SS?

Have you taken and recorded any underwood temperatures while in motion?
