Tints!
I'm thinking about getting my Camaro tinted, looking for an idea with percentages. So... Post your car pics, with tint percentages!

There are endless pictures in the picture boards. Personally I'd start with what is legal in your state.

You can get limo tint if your eyes are sensitive to light when driving, just go to the optometrist and he can write you a prescription. If you get pulled over you can show the police that and they let you go. At least thats what I've heard. It ridiculously hard to see at night though so keep that in mind. And, check the state laws to see if the prescription will work, not sure if it works everywhere.

25% side windows. Limo black on rear and sunroof windows. Would've pulled er out in the sun but I've been drinking and too many kids running around the neighborhood.

I like that for the sides / rear. I'll do 50% for the windshield since it does help immensely at night because New Jersey is full a bunch of assholes that drive with the high beams on.
Regarding it being legal, nothing is legal in NJ. So I'll have to take my chances with the 55 dollar ticket. Found this interesting article regarding tint in NJ as well. http://www.dailyrecord.com/story/new...wins/19336701/ |

Not a fan of people who tint their windows so much that I can't see inside it. How will I ever know if they're gawking at my car?
Also, how can I wave to a fellow Camaro and know if they're waving back if the windows are as dark as night. |

On my cars, I just tell the tint shop to go with the legal limit on the sides, and one level darker in the back.
