Oil pressure problem.. Help

Just to let you know this is going to be long. Okay I need help. I installed a 6.0 iron block ly6 engine into my Camaro. Starts up fine everything is good ...but my oil pressure.. starts off in about 30 PSI and then drops as you pick up RPMs. So I went ahead and put a Milling oil pump in. And after all that it's still doing the same thing. I even went and got a new oil pressure sensor period and still it cranks up at 30 PSI sometimes lower period and when you go around the block and you pick up RPMs the pressure drops. When I got the Block in I inspected the bearings and they were good. So it can't be because of the crank. I am open to any ideas thank you for your time... because I am out of ideas unless oil pump I installed was a piece of s***

Check true oil level in the pan sense you changed the block. Did you keep the same pickup tube? Is there oil scrapers installed. Sounds like it's starving for oil at higher rpms. Also check where does the pick up tube screen sit in relation with the bottom of the pan, should be close ( 3/4") to the bottom. Also did you replace the "O" ring when you replaced the pump?

is your engine a rebuild? 5w30 is all you need unless the engine was clearanced for thicker oil. Have you put a real oil pressure gauge on it?

Everything on the engine besides the block is LS3. The pickup tube and oil pan is off LS3. I change the O-ring for the pickup tube with the new melling oil pump. I change out the oil pressure sensor and I checked for any blockage. Right now I'm using 5 w40 Oil. And as far as oil level goes on my dipstick it says it's perfect I don't know if that would matter since I'm using a LS3 oil pan and pick up tube? Somebody told me that in the oil pan that part that sticks up. That I need to replace it it looks like it's on top of the oil filter and it goes straight up into the block. But I'm not too sure about that.

I also had VVT delete kit from the LS3 I transfer to the 6.0. I'm really stumped I'm going to tear everything apart. And start from bottom to top. I just don't see what went wrong. I don't understand why it would start off at 30 PSI and get to higher RPMs and go to 0 after I change the oil pump and the pressure sensor. I cleaned out the pick up tube before I reinstalled... unless there was something inside the block that fell to the oil pan and is restricting my pick up tube.... because this is a fresh build. Everything I put onto the block was clean and had no debris.

Two things. The front plug is missing or the rear plunger is missing/installed wrong.

I found the problem a couple days ago sorry for the late response. I'm not a Certified mechanic and I make mistakes period so that being said. I'm going to sound like an idiot. When I did the block off plate I did not research it I just deleted the oil cooler and I made my own. So instead of having circulation there it was blocked off..

With the million 10335 oil pump. I'm at 65 PSI at idle all the time and up to about 75 PSI so now I have what some people are telling me perfect oil pressure I just need to get a oil reducer for my turbo inlet

I had the same pressure. My turbos are journal bearing and I don't have oil restrictors. My feed lines are -4 and my return is -10
