THAT WAS CAUSED BY MOST LIKELY BY NOT GREASING THE SEAL BEFORE TIGHTENING IT,AND THEN IT WAS OVER TIGHTEN.. THE ONLY WAY TO GET AROUND IT IS TO MAYBE TAC WELD IT AND THEN TRY AGAIN TO OPEN IT OTHERWISE YOU HAVE TO REPLACE THE WHOLE THING..GOOD LUCK,AND A LESSON WELL LEARN NEVER USE ANYTHING OTHER THAN YOUR HAND TO TIGHTEN IT EVEN THOUGH IT MAY NOT FELL TIGHT ENOUGH JUST USING YOUR HAND BUT THE SEAL WILL EXPAND WITH HEAT FROM THE OIL AND THE ENGINE TEMP ITS SELF AND THE GAP WILL CLOSE UP CAUSING THE CORRECT SEAL,,GOOD LUCK AND SORRY IT HAPPENED TO YOU..YOU MIGHT BE ABLE TO USE A CHISEL AND A HAMMER TO TURN IT BY TAPPING IT TILL IT TURNS. I HAVE NOT READ ALL OF WHAT EVERYONE ELSE WROTE SO IF I DOUBLED ADVISE SORRY JUST TRYING TO HELP
