Advice with Kong LT4 porting and mods done
Hello,
I need help with my next mod... Right now I have ATI down pulley +10%, 1-7/8 headers, Big gulp, 95mm throttle body, 2" exhaust catless, FI interchiller w/ CWA400 pump and spacer plates, Elite catch can and PWR oil kit w/ sandwich plate. Here we can use 93 pump gas, impossible to use flex fuel because it is not sold in Spain, and I am will not do mods to the fuel system or a cam upgrade. Car is for weekend use and 3 or 4 times per year road racing. The idea is to send the supercharger to Kong and have it returned to me along with a 103mm TB, but the question I have is whether to use the standard porting or also select the "Stage X". Knowing the mods made to the car I guess I won't have an 800rwhp car if I don't add fuel modifications, but I don't need that much power, I'm satisfied if I reach 680rwhp. I'm still in doubt about who is going to do the tuning because it must be done remotely, that´s why I'm asking you for advice so I can go with a final build to the tuner. Thank you!

For your power level, standard porting is fine.
Catch up with Megahurtz or KingLT1 on this board for tuning. Both great guys.

The regular port with the 10% lower will hit harder because air velocity doesn't slow down as much in lower rpms. But the X port will pull much harder after 5500 RPMs.
So it depends on what you do with the car and how you drive. The X port shifts the powerband to the right.

To reach your goal low side fuel will need a boost from a JMS fuel system voltage booster. Have you considered Jokerz for porting? Producing 680 RWHP on pump 93 is going to be a challenge as these engines are Knock limited and more boost makes that problem worse. Dyno numbers are not street/track numbers. I offer remote tuning services world wide. Ted.

X PORT
I would do the XPORT well worth the money and it sounds so damn good with the whine being louder.
