You really need to get the crank pinned and use a proper aftermarket pulley. The stock damper and pulley has been known to spin on the Hellcat engine, even stock, but when you start adding more power, the chance increases. Pinning the crank really is a must if you do any mods to those engines.

Most say if you are staying stock upper pulley and only going incognito lower, as long as it is properly installed and torqued with a new OEM crank bolt you will have no issues. But yes if you are also changing upper you absolutely need to pin.
