You wouldn't need the 103 with what you're thinking here

With a JMS booster on the low side, yes.

You won’t have to. With the JMS booster just run whatever blend you want up to e60 year round and no worries. E60 is the safe blend. Still some headroom there for colder weather. I ran e70 year round in Denver.

Do you fear bearing damage by spinning it faster? If its heat your concerned about, adding more boost through porting is also going to generate more heat and porting costs more than a pulley. I was trying to keep it on a budget for you. Unless you're road racing, you shouldn't have much concern for spinning the blower faster and its the cheaper way to go as well as its makes the blower whine more which is also a nice addition.

In the Hellcat world (I've got a TRX) we have a lower crank pulley sleeve that bolts over the factory crank pulley, you add the new length belts and it adds about 1.5psi of boost good for about 50-60hp. The factory tune has just enough fuel it can add to compensate for the slight boost increase and keep AFR's happy. Does the factory ZL1 tune have any room to compensate for a slight boost increase?

Yes should be no problem @ .83-.84 Lambda year round in temps above 45-50 degrees which is where I like to target AFR for LT4 stuff on E. I have seen some target really lean AFR(.88) which would allow full E even with bolt-ons but I won't do that.

Wow I can’t imagine a tuner going that lean (.88). That would be insane. My car is tuned to .82
