Need Help Finding ARP wheel Studs

Well it appears there is a SHORTAGE of ARP fasteners specifically wheel studs. I need some help trying to find some in stock NOW so that I can replace a broken Wheel Stud .

Part number is ARP 100-7736. Those studs are HALF inch LONGER than normal. I need 10 for the fronts. I thought maybe one of you track rats might have a set or two you kept as SPARES???? lol

Tried all typical sources like Summit but NO LUCK As a last resort I guess I can go back to the GM parts bin for stock studs.

THANKS!!!

Did you try RDP?

https://www.rdpstore.com/p-10461-whe...-100-7736.aspx

Maybe 7737 if you don’t mind the 1” length.

MSI in NC might be worth calling too.

Hey, I have a set of these. I used them for a season, cut the "nose" off so closed lugnuts fit. I wasn't really considering letting them go but if you can't find them new I'll sell you mine.

Good tip Thanks. My guess is though if that are not any stronger than the stock studs.

The RDPSTORE and JEGS BOTH dont have ARP in stock. I decided just to replace the TWO front wheel hubs that come with bearing and wheel studs.

Part number on that is 13512895. Price on that is about 80.00 x 2. I will post back with the DIY install time on these. It DOES NOT require the removal of the spindle.

I have dorman heavy duty truck studs, 12mm longer than stock, but 19mm more useable threads (not as big of a lead). I'd give them to you for cheap (set of 10), leftover from my 5th gen camaro project I sold. I had 20, and used 10 for the front only.

PM me if youre interested, they'd get you by if you were open to running those over the ARP

Like others have said see if you can get the 1in longer ones, I'm running them in the front and .5in in the rear.

UPDATE

For the time being, I replaced BOTH my front hubs with new ones and those come with NEW studs. It takes about an hour per side to do that. INSTALLATION TIP. Initially I had ALL kinds of issues with having enough clearance to take TWO of the THREE bolts out of the HUB assembly because of clearance issues with the suspension.

I finally wrestled ONE of the TWO bolts out but COULD NOT get the lower bolt out that is closest to the FRONT of the car. I then remembered that since I run -3.6 degrees camber, THAT brings the suspension components CLOSER in to the head of the bolt (3 - 15MM by the way). SO.....I changed the camber to ALL the way POSITIVE and that provided enough clearance to be able to pull the bolts out.

I took this route because I had the ORIGINAL front bearing assembly and with all the heat I generate with slicks and DTC70 pads on a ZL1 set up, it certainly can affect the perfomance of the wheel bearing over time.

I ordered a set of 100-7736 ARP wheel studs and they are about a month out. I have EXTENDED lug nuts NOW and they will accommodate the 1/2 longer stud. I use a 5MM spacer currently when I track with an APEX EC7 ET25 18 x 11 wheel and MICHELIN 30 65 18 slicks ALL THE WAY around.

Well I got them from my local dealer CLASSIC CHEVROLET out of grapevine texas for 85.00 each. GM Part number 13542187
GMPARTSDIRECT has them as well as many others.

They have changed the part number SEVERAL times but 13542187 is the most CURRENT one.

If you are still looking...Lethalperformance.com has a bunch of the 100-7736 sets inbound for Wednesday. Those are the .5" longer version.

I just placed an order this morning.

If you go to the website, you are in the right place. Yes, they are primarily a Mustang shop, but they do have a GM section.
