Hello, couple of questions sir, I have been thinking about a set of heads and have heard good things about these. First will these work on my LS3 converted big cammed L99 engine, and if so will my stock rockers and updated bronze trunions and 7.40 pushrods work as well. And second, what valves, springs, retainers, locks, seals and guides are installed in these heads. Like I mentioned I've been looking and these aren't much more than the AFR'S and PRC 260's I have looked at. The reason I'm interested is I have a goal of trying to get to 500rwhp, or a bit more NA'd. Thanks for your info..

Do you loose some bottom end with these heads ? If so , would using a thinner head gasket help alleviate that for a better quench and compression bump ? Of course checking ptv clearance

These will work on what you have, being an 11* this gives you more PTV clearance for bigger cams. These have our FED severe duty stainless valves on the intake and exhaust. Our FED .700" Dual Springs with Ti Retainers, GM locks, FED seals and Bonze guides. Depending on supporting mods SBE N/A guys are making as low as 480whp to 580whp with supporting valvetrain components. These are build this way but can build a custom set with whatever valves springs etc just a 10 week wait for custom.

below 3500rpms on LS3 they loose very little and gain from there. Thinner gasket will help both lowend and topend. If you have gears and a converter you will never feel the lowend loss.

They do great for LSA builds. Depending on supporting mods you can expect roughly 40-60whp gains. We have had customer report back 42whp gains on stock cammed ZL1's and 66whp on cars with pulleys 2" headers and a cam. Will make your combination more efficient.

Question that you didn't answer for me on my last post, will my stock rockers with the bronze bushing upgrade and the cromoly 7.400, 3/8" pushrods work with these heads? Just making sure before I pull the trigger, as I hear good talk about these heads on the forum. Thanks.

I'm sorry I missed your question. Your stock rockers will bolt right on with the billet rocker stands that come with the heads. 7.400 push rods will not work as they are too short. I strongly recommend measuring for pushrod length as they can vary from 8.100-8.350 depending what lifters and gaskets are being used.
