wheel damage (damn truck)

truck came into my lane and i had to evade. did not think there was any damage till i got home and found thissoi have 2 questions what is the best quick repair and how to i do a permanent repair? powder coat, hydro coat??

I had similar damage.
First make sure there is no crack to the wheel only surface scraping .
I was advised in this same forum to use touch up paint from the local parts store which I did.
I used gloss black which I have gloss wheels.
Like you I had the wheels only a week when I was forced into a curb by another driver.

I’d start with touch up paint see if you’re ok with that.
