Intake Manifold Options

So I currently am running a Holley Sniper Low Pro EFI intake on my car, and its garbage. Does anyone run a single plane and an elbow that will fit under the factory hood?

Victor JR does with the Edelbrock elbow. Holley is even lower so either will work. I’ve seen a 500whp car with that combo

I have the same intake...what don't you like about it?

I had a weird harmonic noise with mine that I had to fix.

I don't think LOD makes those intakes anymore.

Why is it garbage? I would think with a supercharger it would not matter too much.

Here's one of our most recent customers. Fits under the cowl and factory strut tower brace.

The fittings and placement are the worst, the noise, I had to have it machined to fit larger fittings for my brake booster to ensure my brakes work. Every season I have had to tinker with this cheap intake. 3rd year, 3rd set of intake seals to be replaced.

Yeah, the noise freaked me out lol (then fixed it)

I also drilled and tapped a few of the holes to except bigger lines, and just recently added a line on the passenger side of the tbody because adding it there was faster then pulling the manifold to use one on the bottom that I had put a plug on LOL

I have not had seal issues yet, but I also have not put more than 2000 miles on it yet...I hope I don't run into those issues.

I am looking at just doing the BTR, looks sturdier, and the fittings in the right spots for what I want to do

The BTR looks 😎

I will run mine a little longer and see how it handles itself in the next few weeks.
