Axle back problems

Hi.
I had intended to replace the rear muffler, but when I checked under the car I saw that it was not original, there is an x-pipe system.
The rear mufflers have a slightly unusual diameter at the attachment it is 70 mm (2.75 ") original is 63.5 mm (2.5"). I thought of having straight pipes instead but can not find any that fit.

Why replace? Seems like a nice system.

...Do cutout instead?
