Black radio display but AC works

Hey guys I was hoping to get some help. I have a 2010 Camaro 2ss. The radio randomly stopped working over night. The AC buttons do work though. I mention this because I have seen people post that both go out at the same time but in my case is only the radio and it's components. I have reset the replaced the fuse on the trunk and the display fuse on the driver's side. Any help is appreciated. I unplugged the battery from the negative terminal for 15 minutes but I'm not sure if that was enough time to reset the computer. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

try this
cut the white wire circuit 7066(remote enable)
should have a 44 way connector on the back of the radio
I think its in socket 43 between a red and white(44) and brown/white or just brown(42)
cut about an inch from the connector so if you need to reconnect

I came across this solution in a few YouTube videos but I'm not sure if I have the same problem. I'm starting to think my radio just gave out and I need to replace it
