Water in the front passenger floor board?

The rear on both sides completely dry. The trunk and battery compartment dry.
The cowl area and drain are in good shape without debris.
How does water get in the passenger front foot well?
Down south and have had 5 inches of rain and sideways down pours due to high winds.
Car is garaged but driven everyday for now.

Could be a bad door seal. Look for water tracks on the plastic.

Could be your heater core as well.

I’d guess heater core. Soak some up with a white towel or rag and see if it’s colored like your antifreeze.

If car is stored in garage, how does it get wet ? Doesn’t make sense.

The door was partially shut or not shut well leaving the window down . The auto roll down of the window , never went back up .
My kid didn’t shut the door which caused a minor freak out by me after reading so many water stories on the forum.
