2016 Camaro 4 cyl 2.0T DIY Oil Change
Guys,
I'm due for my third oil change and would prefer to save some money. I'm finding guides on oil changes for the V6 and V8 but nothing for the turbo 4. Questions I have: Do I have to remove any covers to get to the oil drain plug? How much oil goes in? Will this affect my warranty in any way? I've changed oil on other cars before but never this one

What about rotating tires? The dealer would do it for me, right? So I'd end up paying $50 either way for an oil change at the dealer with the free tire rotation, or to do it myself

I don't know if it's free or not at the dealer.

Totally not free at my dealership (tire rotation)... The money I save doing it myself is small potatoes to knowing its done right and without my car being damaged.
Do you have a low profile jack and something to lift by the pinch seams? Both are a must for this car.

No lift or jack, but my business partner has ramps that I can use

Watch the nose... I have a front facia extension with long ramps and the nose *might* have had a 1/2" clearance
