Hope some of you took advantage of the deals that Discount Tire, and other tire sellers, had today. If this is news to you, there are still a few hours left on the Black Friday shopping. I know I saved myself over $1300 today taking advantage of deals and discounts.

I did the 10% off Michelin tires from Discount back in August so I'm good. Plus the group buy from Apex this year.

I got some Continental ContiWinterContact TS 830 tires for my OEM wheels. Saved 15% + $70.00 rebate on the. Also bought some 19x10.5" wheels. Don't want to mention them by name yet until I get them on the car and get some pictures of them this Spring, however, I will say that I got a very very good deal on them, in essence getting them 1/2 off.

I did, ordered a full set of PS4S tires from Costco, and MRR wheels to put them on from Fitment Industries. Unfortunately, so far FI has only shipped a set of lug nuts and TPMS sensors, which came very poorly packaged. Not sure if anyone here has experienced disappointment from this vendor, but so far I'm not impressed. Hopefully they make it right, one of the lug nuts in the box of loose parts they shipped isn't even usable.

Yeah great but Costco has gotten strict with ordering/installation of tires and prefers not to introduce anything other than assembling suggested estimating, load/speed appraised tires.

You can still purchase from them, would just have to take to a different shop for installation is all.

I actually prefer to buy from them since they have great arrangements from time to time, yet I'll simply buy the tires without letting them know the application and get tires and head off to someplace else.

They have probably been hit with a claim or two and destroyed it for everybody.

The only issue I ended up having with Costco was having them install the tires I purchased from them, onto wheels I didn't purchase from them, with TPMS sensors I also didn't purchase from them. They more or less made me buy sensors from them, which I did. Then had to send the sensors I bought with the wheels from Fitment Industries back for credit. All in all, I got what I wanted.
