I see you got the AC Delco PF64 part no. 12640445. Nothing wrong with that! There is a new one, part no. 12696048 that replaces it, it happened quite recently I believe. There is even a longer discussion on this board, and the corvette forums as well (https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...-vs-pf64f.html), about the older being the better filter. Having had both, I can definitely say the older is heavier and feels more solid and well built. I ordered a bunch the 12640445 off eBay. Few of them were dinged, probably from shipping, and when I checked the packaging I saw the copyright year: 1995 So I decided to get some new ones, from a reputable source. I can confirm the new ones are 2018. On a side note, I can't believe why they don't come packaged with a seal on them, like for instance the Toyota oil filters. Makes no sense. |

Awesome - thank you Soleil!
Just a few bits and pieces: Just now waiting on the diffuser, new centre caps and the third brake light

I got mine from https://newgmparts.com/.
Part no 19367657 for the “red hot”. I initially found it on both Amazon and eBay but they were not willing to ship it because of hazardous materials. But at least that gave me the part no. Just search for ACDelco paint chip repair and the color code for your car. I don’t have any chips that I’m aware of. But I like the peace of mind it gives me, having it just in case. |

Just finished my second road trip in the Camaro. First one was 3700 km and now 1000 km.
The car is holding up great. Better than I expected. No problems except for discovering a screw in the tire in Italy. Luckily it didn’t loose any pressure. So was able to find a tire shop and get it repaired. Although I did not buy the car for its gas mileage, and it really doesn’t concern me all that much, I’m very surprised seeing a consistent 9.8-10.2L/100km average on those longer trips. Where as driving around the local backroads I am getting more like 13-14L/100km. |

Can anyone suggest a reliable shop where they fit stripes and do wraps in the greater London area?
