I bought the line lock kit from summit and gave it to a buddy to see if he could make it work and he said it wouldn't be pretty and there was no way to do it without cutting brake lines. So, I put it on hold...
But, in for a solution

I have a local well known shop looking at options. The owner wants to fab one up for his record setting C7 Z06 first and we'll see how it performs and then look into my CA6.

Once I received the replacement fittings and re-installed it, no issues or leaks, worked like a charm.

Steve at SJM said they will be developing one as soon as they can get their hands on a 6th gen for mock up...

On the 5th gens the front and back brake lines both came into the reservoir on the left facing the front of the car, and on the CA6 they come in on the right. I assume the line towards the front is the front line. I wonder why you would need to cut the lines?
Having removed a line lock on one of my 5th gens I can say it is easy to cross thread the front line unless you are very careful. Not alot of room in there and the rigidity of the line requires the exact correct angle.
