I took my manual SS out this weekend and managed 4.5 zero to sixty, but I am sure that better times are possible. It was in the mid 80's, and I couldn't find any nice clean asphalt back roads around my house. Years ago I took my less powerful street car to the local dragway for fun and was amazed at how sticky the launch area was. I think its time to make another dragway visit because I am eventually going to run out of luck avoiding the police.

Thanks for confirming. If I could get the timer to hold until the car is setup for launch control a couple tenths can probably be had on the time. I'm still going to go back and run another test with my blue tooth OBDII tool and GPS to compare to the Camaro's timer.

I get consistent 4.1s out of the Launch Control, I've only got a 4.1 once as well as a handful of 4.2s doing it all myself, mostly in the 4.4-4.6 range in the DIY mode. 100% stock here
