Emissions testing/OBD fail

Here in CT our emissions program is a visual inspection then an OBD scan, my 2018 just failed due to not ready monitors

I had a dead battery about a month ago due to my own mistake leaving lights running well over 24 hours but nothing since, no check engine light

Go to test and they said I failed for 5 not ready, said to put miles on it then come back. Got into the car and first thing I noticed was the gauges did a full sweep when starting, also my dash and HUD were back to default settings. Car started easily so didn't think anything of it.

Scanned when I got home and 4 not ready. Put some miles on it and scanner now said ready, went back, failed again, same thing. Same gauge sweep.

The test only takes like 15 minutes so I know they aren't running the battery down. Could it just be the OEM battery is starting to go? If so wouldn't I experience slow starting before the gauge sweep happened?

Any ideas

Is the car stock?

Either way I’d have the battery and charging system tested to make sure it’s up to speed. If you’re still on the original battery it’s probably close to replacement time.

Josh is right, I just replaced my original battery that was manufactured in Feb 2018, the battery tester said it only had 420 CCA instead of 700 as spec'd and recommended replacement.

The full gauge sweep is a red herring, the car does that with every cold start, it has nothing to do with battery disconnection. The 'not ready' status of the counters could imply a weak battery, but don't forget that the full driving cycle includes various scenarios, see attachment below.
