Infotainment 3 Problems

Have only had car for a week and experienced the following issues with the 7” infotainment 3 unit.

Power button sometimes unresponsive. Does not mute or unmute and does not shut down unit when held down.

Apple CarPlay app went grey and could not be selected. Huge delays when selecting icons then screen went black a few times, then was fine.

Equalizers reset themselves to 0 and balance moved all the way forward and have message “currently restricted” when I tried to adjust. No sound from XM source, went on for about 30 min while driving then suddenly returned to normal operation.

Anyone else experience this?

Did a factory reset and have made a habit of turning the radio off before engine turn off. So far has resolved the issues.
