9s it is at Gateway.9.86@142& 9.90@141 w/ timeslips/videos

Just got loaded to make the trip for tomorrows racing. Not sure how will do but go the new drag pack on this morning. Here are some pictures
These are 17x4.5 RC component Bandits with MT 27.5x4 17s and 17x10 rears with 29x10-17 Hoosiers. Looks pretty good. I bet I get some questions from people if its a Copo. They'll know its not when the see it run, doubt we'll do any wheel stands.

Sweet! Doesn't look like you need to take it all the way to the track, looks like you could 1/4 mile pass easily on that road!

You put together some nice rides. Car looks great and hopefully you have good weather. I like the hood and fender additions.

They just totally repaved my road which it perfectly straight for 2 miles. I just don't have the balls to let it eat for even close to that far. I could do some decent burn outs in my drive but the garage or the ditch could cause several issues.

Weather in the morning will make a great car or make lunch meat of the motor.
Temps should be about 58 to 60 degrees and DA should be close to Zero for my first pass. Hope everything holds together on the first pass but I'm giving it hell, I ain't scared. One reason why I picked the Hoosiers again was to soften the blow to the drivetrain. I ran them on my new paved road today and I think they are going to hook and produce some pretty stellar 60 ft times.

I took the splitter off also, it was contacting the ramps, I need to fix that issue next week but I just picked up the trailer Wednesday so I didn't want to screw it up. I think it causes some front down force and may even slow the car down track.

Just looked at the hourly for tomorrow at the track. If I run at 930 its only supposed to be 51 degrees and 40 percent humidity. DA has got to be fairly low. Gonna do a healthy burn out to get those new Hoosier heat cycled, probably start out at about 15 psi and see if it will hook and book.

Man its going to be a horsepower track today. They prep to the hilt for these VP Heads up Race I run each year and today will be no different. The last time I ran it was just under 80 degrees and the DA was about 2700, geez its just going to get crazy. I can't go 9s here its just not going to on this combo. Right now at the track its -637 and temp is 42. That's a little to cold but we don't run for a few hours

Wow. Car looks great . Is it me or does your car have lowering springs ?
My car sits way higher on the stock springs . Anyway hope you get that 9 second pass bud.

So today I achieved my goal, ran 9.86@142 on stock Lt1 with 2300 blower and toohighpsi port injection. I think its possible that is the fastest pass on a stock Lt1 block, stock exhaust and trans.
