MT Street R Bias Ply. Have many had luck with these

I run the street R drag radial but haven't run the Bia R so wondered if anyone running them will hook their power. My Street R drag radials hooked my 850 rwhp 16 SS with a 2650 Maggie. These are a little narrower then the DR. I"m making just shy of 700 right now but want to keep the rolling drag pack light as possible and wanted to keep the side wall pliable and hopefully save the drive train some agony. Either running those or going back to another set of Hoosier 28x10-17.

Both of my 4-link cars used bias ply slicks. Not sure if they work well on our cars, but my guess is no.

I ran Hoosiers on my 16 SS, NA and with 2300. Hooked good but 60ft times were slower then the Street R but just a 3 hundreds or so. I may end up with the 305 45 17 R. Just not sure yet.

I had them on my turbo c5. Honestly they drove around waaaaaaay too much for me. My buddy had them on his edelbrock supercharged coyote car and he said the same thing. Ended up running like 24-26psi in tires iirc and it was better but still not the best. They would literally drive you into the other lane.

Thanks, I was worried about that. May just stay with the Hoosiers Slicks, I've run those with several combinations on my Old Red 16 SS. Thanks for the feed back
