Is the head unit in the ECS kit (I believe Novi 1500) mechanically quieter than a ProCharger with helical gears?

Sadly, I believe those days of good deals have come and gone. I snagged an ECS kit last black friday for what I considered a good price. Since then, every blower kit price has shot way up. They definitely are no longer the bargain they once were.

I agree, I’m kicking myself for buying fbo bf 2020 and not boost. At this point I’m just looking for whoever takes the edge off the most lol

FBO was a hard pass for me, good gains for the money, especially if you found a decent holiday sale, but that is it. Heads & cam is nowhere near as cost effective as it was on the 5th gens and 4th gens. That pretty much leaves you with boost. The LT4 blower conversion on the LT1 was the hot ticket for years, but even that started getting price gouged.
