Heated Steering Wheel Not Working? Anyone have this issue?
I have a pretty new 2016 2SS... at about 1000 miles. When I hit the button on the steering wheel for the heated steering wheel option the light does not light up and I don't think anything happens.
Hoping maybe it is just a blown fuse. Anybody else encounter this issue? Not too keen on bringing the car in for this and don't particularly want the dealer taking apart the dash and/or steering wheel. |

I thought mine was broke as I'd turn it on and it would turn right off. Drove me nuts. My wife got in with me the other night and turned on her heated seat. I was like look how my wheel heater doesn't work. It worked. Heated seats must be on for heated wheel to work. Try that

It should light up- and the heated seats do not need to be on for the steering wheel heat to work.

I had this happen to me. Except mine would light up for a few seconds then turn off. Turned out be a shorted element in the steering wheel so they replaced the whole wheel under warranty.
