New to tracking my car
I’m new to tracking my ZL1. The only tires I have run on the track are the stock f1s. I need to replace them. Car is used mostly for track days now. I’m not unhappy with the F1s. Iv read that some like the 888rs the michelins Come up a lot too. I was also thinking of the GY F1rs. Any suggestions.

Why do you think they need to be replaced? Wear or something else? The stock tires with GM's suggested track alignment are great for track use, especially if you're just starting/learning. Those tires will work best with the eLSD and PTM which will also make driving the car easier. They're also cheaper and can get pretty good deals on the stock SC3's right now, too.

The stock tires are hard to beat for the price. If you want to upgrade, the ZL1 1LE wheel and tire setup might work for you. Could be some clearance issues w/ mag ride shocks but you could just get the 1LE suspension too. Or trade it in for a 1LE if it's mostly a track car.
