Driver seat doesn’t recline very far.

I have a 2022 with a 6M. My legs are kinda short so I’m pretty close to the steering wheel in order to put the clutch to the floor. In the past I’ve always leaned back a little to give myself some room but the driver seat in this Camaro doesn’t lean back at all. Is that just how it’s designed or am I missing something?

The steering wheel also has a telescoping feature.

Yep, there is a welded shim in the mechanism that blocks more recline. . Super annoying for me. Last year a did the seat mod and now I can recline all the way if needed. Fyi. it can take a lot of elbow grease even with power tools. If I were to do it all over again, I’d use the strongest smallest grinder i could find.
