The car looks beautiful and I am excited by the new color choices. The interior is stunning except for the CHUNKY protrusion that holds the speedometer and tach gauages. It looks big enough to impede drivers visibility. It just seems a bit bulbous to me....other than that the car is brilliant.

Definitely looks nicer than what we saw yesterday.....The interior was somewhat of a shocker....Can't say I'm a fan of it yet....Almost couldn't get past those vents for some reason....toyish looking or something....Same thing with that video screen....It's not integrated into the dash, sort of looks like another toy sitting on a ledge....

The vents down by the shifter....looks weird....almost like ash-trays...lol....

Sorry to be negative....don't mean to be....I'm sure I'll get used to them...we'll see...

I'm probably being too critical....but just my first impression...I'm sure it's nice and all good quality, etc....I'd say they definitely departed from any retro interior, which is all good...

The only two things I don't like about the car is the placement of the SS/RS badges, and I can't stand the gold bowties..

These are very small things, and these would be my first mods on the car..

I could rub my junk on the whole car...

I think its GM's attempt at Audi style Jet Turbine vents.

At least its not a Mercedes style tablet display! Been inside a modern Mercedes recently? The Camaro's new touch screen system looks like a masterstroke of design vs Mercedes Benz.

Small lip spoiler on the rear, something like the z06, will hit the market a month after this is released. Maybe a front lip spoiler, if subtle - then it's perfect.

Kind of hard to really judge something like that unless you are sitting in the driver's seat.

I'm already putting together a price when I factor in my down payment, vehicle trade-in, and MILITARY DISCOUNT on driving off the lot with a 2016 Camaro SS!

Those fat C pillars remind me of a Dodge Charger and the tail lamps seem to have been discovered by GM after they'd fallen off a parts bin truck destined for a Toyota plant. I get that they are making a reference to the Stingray, but the execution is so sloppy. Also, that badge placement is so bad that I would rather debadge my car than keep it in place to let other know what trim my car is.

Also... electronic e brake?!?!

Thanks, but no thanks.

The only company making a real American muscle car right now is Dodge with the Challenger. Ford and Chevy have lost their way in pursuit of the European luxury sportscar market. It works fantastically for the Corvette, but that's always been positioned as a sports car from day 1 rather than muscle.

I'm glad I pulled the trigger on my '11 Camaro when I did and have no plans to trade it in. Can the new cars outrun me to 60 by half a second or more? Sure. Do I care? No. To each their own, but I feel the Gen 5 will be remembered as more iconic over time.

Or my BMW for that matter. I look at this interior and I see C7...And that is a very good thing.

This has just made my day, I was a little skeptic at first but I see this growing on me very fast. Still going to wait till they do some updates but can't wait to get in one and see how it feels.
