For a second I thought the clearcoat was messed up completely, then I realized these were cloud reflections

I saw mine start to feel rough around the top edge ( nearest the windshield ) despite never touching any other surface.. you know like when you try to open hood and have wipers up. No visual clues it was "bad" but I could feel it when drying the car.
