Suspension upgrades

I’m about to do my suspension upgrades and I wanna ask those of you that already did or have the knowledge. I know it’s been talked about before but just wanted a update on the info. I have a 17 camaro SS A8. What do you guys recommend best suspension mods for drag racing and also what’s best for tracking. Thank you.

I chose the BMR rear cradle lockout kit for $360 (they did a promo) and that's it. The car is tangibly more composed and I can carry more speed into turns. My car has MRC.

Now I'm sure there is much more one can do, but I considered this the cost vs benefit sweet spot, by far, for the lowly amateur I am.

THIS!!, with a caveat... I have the 1LE with MRC, which is great, but I don't know how good non MRC shocks are on the 6th Gen.

The solid rear cradle bushings OR lock-out kit is a solid upgrade though that is definitely felt.

Is there a specific area you are looking to improve or you feel is lacking? The beauty of the Alpha chassis is it doesn't need much in any sub-model form, its an amazing chassis out of the box.

thanks, because I see a lot ppl changing trailing arms, control arms, toe rods, etc. I just wanted to have a idea whats really matter most and not a waste of money.

No specific area. I recently start drag race my car so since the track is close I want to do some improvements. My car is A8 1ss. What about if I do lockout kit and the springs only. Would that be enough?

Not sure, I am into the bends and twisties, not really into drag racing. I'm sure others can chime in.

Would you order new F&R BMR sway bars with the rear cradle lock out kit? My 2SS has MRC. I'm getting back into a sports car after many years away and my previous cars all had springs/sway bars done to them. Maybe MRC is more capable. I do not track my car. Daily driver and drives in the mountains on nice weekends.

I don't think it is necessary, unless you are wanting it to corner flatter and to alter the understeer/oversteer balance.

The rear cradle mod will tame the rear-end from dancing on you on the lateral plane.
