E-DIFF WHEEL SLIP

Has anyone else noticed the wheel slip gauge reads wheel slip at lower speeds and shifts? It feels like its pulling timing or some other way of limiting power maybe throttle plate control when it reads wheel slip. it feels neutered.

It does, turn off your traction control and it won't pull power when you get slip.

It seems to still do it in both competitive mode and race mode in the ptm. do i need to turn it off completely somehow? are there any other fixes to this so im not constantly putting it in track mode every time i get in the car?

Hold the traction control button down until everything is turned off. Be careful at that point.

Not that I know of. It’s more annoying in autocross when I launch. Nannies off in track mode it’s good. Track race I launch at 2000 and slowly let out the clutch and feed more gas. Takes off like a rocket if done right. If done wrong it bogs. Very annoying. Other then that I don’t notice it

in stock form, the cars boring, unless you're on a road course. they don't have enough power to turn tires on a warm summer day at any speed above 10 mph and are pretty numb from stock gm tuning.

both a blessing and a curse.

Having sticky 305 ps4s is definitely not helping with the getting the tires loose haha! Love this car in the corners though. Is there a specific control point that the hptuner software can change for the wheel slip power loss?

Coming from a fbo cts-v I've definitely noticed the lack of power. Had a 14 1le a few years back and regretted getting rid of it ever since so here I am. I've been eyeballing prochargers a nitrous kits since day1

Apparently the dealers sell new traction control software modes. For $350 they have an autocross tune that is supposed to be more aggressive in allowing wheel slip for these exact reasons. I really want to try it out.
