the car would stall on WOT and downshift

Ok so I have had this issue for about a week. Not every time, but sometimes when I floor the car it would go for a bit but then just stall and not shift and you would hear the doors lock/unlock and the headlights would flicker all of this would happen in like 2 seconds then it would downshift and then upshift and get back to normal. I've tried every mode and speed and it does it almost every other time I floor it. The dealership said I'm not throwing any codes so they can't reflash the tcm or the pcm. Need help figuring out what this problem is? It's not traction control because it would do this even if I floor it on 80mph.

Sounds more like an electrical problem than a mechanical issue. Maybe the alternator or a loose wiring harness. Seems like the dealer could put a monitor on the car and test drive to replicate the problem.

I was at the dealership this morning and they said they couldn't duplicate the problem and the car was throwing no codes. On my way back from the dealership I floored it and it happened again

I don't know if this is the problem you are having exactly but it doesn't hurt to check the wires it shows in the pictures in this forum. The description of the problem you have sounds more like a wiring problem not mechanical like already mentioned.
