"Efforts to define Dodge as America’s sports car brand continue with the Challenger 1320, which follows a line of performance muscle cars that started with the 2008 Challenger and was followed by the 2015 Hellcat, 2018 Demon, and 2019 Redeye."

Wow, if Dodge is the American Sports Car Brand, that is a pretty low bar to set. I consider their cars the least sporty out of all the U.S. brands.

Where are you getting $60K? $45k and Dodge dealers will be discounting this car it will be a $40-$41k otd everywhere.

Unwind your panties. You are right. It said included. I thought it said excluding.

Reading is fundamental! If you want to drag race buy a Dodge, if you want a track monster, buy a ZL1. It’s all good. There’s something for everyone.... even Ford fanboyz.

I still wouldn’t buy a Dodge.....cheap stuff.

Thank you but I know exactly what is offered with the Camaro. Please don't be one those d-bags that twists my posts to get your point across either. Nowhere in my post did I say that you can't get a Camaro to compete with the Challenger.

Basically a strip basic car with just a driver seat to reduce weight. Scatpack does have 500lbs more than SS or 5.0. Now if SS or Mustang had the same setup with this 1320, things would go different ways plus turnablity

This will likely beat the 6gen by a few tenths. They are already a pretty close race. Honestly, Dodge has started to sway me towards their products. They are all about racing and they don't care what everyone else is doing.

To help shed some of the Challenger's unnecessary flab, the 1320 comes with only a driver's seat inside. Huhhh....Really for 45k. How about drop the dated sloppy fender flares to start, that’s gotta be 50lbs all in.

My girls rear end is sure thankful the recaros in my 2SS have heat/vent. Funny thing is I paid nearly the same as a 1320. So for 0.5 sec(hypothetically) faster than the SS I’d much rather have a happy wife.

Plus, imagine the reaction to “Hey check out my new ride dude...dang bro sweet wheels, take me for a rip? Sorry man only came with one seat...wait whhhaaatt da fuggg is that about. Well...Dodges answer is to shed weight by not installing parts and then sell it to me as a special package. So yeah America

Kudo's to dodge. They keep stepping up there cars for the street and drag scene. A legit 11.7 NA car for 46 k. An A8 SS is beat up by the A10 GT mustang which on its best day is a 12.0 car, sorry but there are not to many A8 SS guys running bone stock including tires getting 12.0 . So now dodge just stuck it up the Mustangs butt.. Kudo's to Dodge. Camaro just sits in the corner as 3rd dog in the street /drag wars. The only chance the SS has against the 18 10 speed Mustang is the 10 speed SS for 19.

I wouldn't buy the mustang or the dodge and cannot believe I am thinking this way, but this is real good competition right now and Dodge just keeps pouring it on.

The fender flares are necessary for the wider tires, genius.

It comes from the factory with drag radials. put Dr's on a 6th gen and it's a driver race from a dig. I do agree they are all about racing. both Ford and GM needs to take some notes. I like the factory line lock and transbrake!!

I ran 11.6 with my car on a stock tune, cai and drag wheels/ tire. I paid 30k for it brand new

Yep the trans brake and line lock is cool for sure

Too bad this package didn’t add some hp. It’s not really doing enough as is to be dominant

Wonder if this time will be near impossible to run like the 9.69 demon claim from dodge that nobody can run? If that’s the case an 11.7 is no faster than what an SS is capable of best case scenario with a tire like you said.
