looking at some tuners for the camaro and i have found HP tuners (MVP13)
and DiabloSport. out of these 2 which is the best option?

do they have preset tunes where you can change things when you install a new part or does it all have to be done from a professional?

For these cars virtually all the best tuners use HP Tuners. No preset tunes but almost every experienced tuner will have a base tune that they can load in and fine tune very quickly (for bolt ons). Once you dig into cams, big fuel system changes with forced induction, etc that takes more time.

i was wondering because i came from owning a honda and the use ktuner and Hondata but almost i all tuners used Hondata since it was better

would i need a experienced tuner to remove the speed limiter and turn off the cylinder shut off?

HPTuners (MVPI3)
MPVI2 (only works on older versions of software) but most tuners have this version as well as it has many options that the new version does not unfortunately. (EPA)

That’s not hard to do. Hit up KingLT1 on this board and he can hook you up with a starter tune (plus he can help you tune for mods as well).
