Is the stock intake enough? (LT1)

Just recently installed long tubes and e85, on a flex fuel tune, but I've heard mixed things about the stock intake. Some say it's enough, some say it's too restricting.
Personally I don't see how you can improve on the already large stock intake, but I see so many fbo Camaros with rotofabs. Some also say throttle response gets better, but again, how my car sits right now, I don't see how it can get better than what it is.

P.S. im also in cali, so getting rotofab is pretty difficult, although AM will ship CAI intake to me.

i originally cut the bottom off of my stock air box & saw no gain going to a rotofab on a bolt on car.

Rotofab does show some gains but its not all that much. Stock intake is fine.
