Have one on my street driven 427 with LT5 clutch. Love it. To the best of my knowledge, its a direct bolt on plug and play. Youll need the right tune for it however.

Pretty sure Katech themselves have replied to a few inquiries about it on the forum. Try giving it a search for some more info.

i didn't find any search results answering my questions. it appears that no one using this part installed it themselves or has any working knowledge of it. guess i'll order stock stuff and hope for the best.

Why not ask Kateck if it is a bolt on replacement.

due to lack of info, it would be nice to have a thread containing info in the event someone else goes down this path. the flywheel has an LS7 part description, but is sold for use with both engines. i have the part in my possession (fast shipping btw). it contains 0 paperwork or info.

Unless im misunderstanding or miss a piece of information, it seems to be a direct bolt on. Also a simple phone call/email/social media message is quick enough. Ive never had an issue contacting them. Also its easier for them to see this on facebook than it is here. Give that a shot.

it definitely seems straight forward enough. i have used several direct replacement parts that required different fasteners.
