Sorry, I'm not sure, I have the MPVI2 and am not selling it .

The company (HP Tuners) requires people to complete an emissions training, which is okay, I did it as well, but some parameters such as catalyst warmup on cold starts are no longer tunable with the MPVI3, as I read here.

As to how much of a problem that is, well it's totally up to the mods and the plans of those wanting to use the kit, for example, that specific parameter isn't changed on my car, but others may object to the earth shattering bark on cold starts (with headers and/or no cats) and want to tune it out.
