Rear dif markings???

Bought my 2022 SS-1LE used with 3k miles. Changed my rear dif fluid the other day for the first time. Are these markings from the factory???

Yes, they are factory assembly markings when setting up the rear end.

Shim spacers. .002 is probably 0.002" spacer required or measurement in/of position A to get the required back lash and pre load. The guy/gal building the diff would have wrote them there.
