SPARCO R333 Seats
Has anyone tried these on the Camaro? What's neat is they also recline.
Weight is 28.6lbs.

nope wouldnt recomend reclineable race seats in a race car

I wanted something is lighter than stock seats and also reclines with pass throughs up top. I have no plans for a half cage just a BY Harness bar. Reason being I drive my car 80% Street / 20% Track.

i have a sparco qrt seat in my car with a 6 point harness and half cage but i guess that setup would work but im not a fan of them personally

From what I've read on this site, having a reclining seat is a wise idea if you aren't going to have a roll cage. Some tracks do not allow fixed back seats with a harness bar. The lack of collapsibility in a roll over make it dangerous.

Passenger seat is in with accompanying harness and airbag emulator resistor. However the airbag light is unfortunately on. I kept the pretensioner but apparently I'm missing something. Back to searching the site I go..... My biggest complaint is how low the seats set. I have long legs, short torso. 5 foot 7 inch female. SO this weekend I am adding 4 inches of some home made risers hoping it will be enough. I suspect not. Track days are fast approaching.

yup i have a sparco qrt r seat and brey krause bracket and im 6ft tall and i literally sit on the floor lol i got used to it now but it took me awhile
