Black Quad Exhaust Tips for SS NPP? (AWE Tips)
Hi all, I like the look of the 4.5” black exhaust tips that come with the Touring and Track edition SS AWE exhaust.
I am happy with the stock NPP exhaust on my SS 1LE and just want black bigger tips. I think the quad black AWE tips look amazing and really fill out the opening. It doesn’t look like AWE sells just the tips and I am not even sure they would fit the stock NPP. I have looked around a bit but can’t seem to find any aftermarket 4.5” tips. Curios if anyone has come across anything similar. Thanks. |

Try Red Tail exhaust site for the 4.5" tips. I had them on my 17SS and 22SS until I changed out the exhaust. They are available in powder coated finishes
as well. I think you can also find them as a seller on Amazon. |

Yeah, they won't fit stock. Stock is 2 3/4 and the awe are 3". I have the 2 3/4 to 3 adapters but you're still only half way there.

I am also very interested in getting black tips for my 2023 Black LT1 and took a look at some of the red tail ones on amazon.
Can someone confirm what the correct inlet size is for the dual mode exhaust quad tips ? I've seen 2.25", 2.5" and 2.75" inlet size ones. And for outlet size current quad tips are 3.5" wide - definitely looks like 4" will fit as well. Can someone with red tail or other black tips at 3.5" or larger outlet size post pics of them? Thanks very much!
