JANNETTY RACING MAGNUSON TVS2650 CAM HEADER COMBO

Working on a built that is almost to completion.

2018 Camaro ZL-1 M6.

Customer started with our 125 upgrade package and was so impressed with our workmanship and performance he came back for more.

Remember the 125 package consists of

Rotofab
JRE 95 mm Throttle body conversion
DSX flex fuel sensor
JMS fuel pump voltage booster
Kooks LT headers
Green catted 3 inch X pipe connected to stock NPP (this one has Corsa Axle back)
Custom tuning via HPtuners MPVI2
Results 670 RWHP on E-60

We are adding the Magnuson TVS 2650 Supercharger, and new Fit kit so no fabrication required.

Along with that is the JRE blower cam package.

We will be testing the limits of the fuel system again but expect around 750 RWHP on E-60 and we will see what pump gas can tolerate for power on this combo 850 RWHP on Race gas should be easy.

Check it out on our Facebook page

I will post results here in this thread

Any questions please don't hesitate.

Ted.

Can’t wait to see this. What cam will you be using? Maybe adding a DSX low side can help stretch boundaries of Ethanol.

It is one of our blower Cam profiles.

You can not stretch the limits of the high side system, via a low side you can only fix the low side if falling off.

I will admit there are some crumbs to be had with 120 PSI line pressure though.

Is the application simply to gain more HP/Fun or is this car going to see the strip / track often?? Just curious if this sort of modification affects any added heat concerns for you??

HP/Fun and some friendly wagers.

This car can just as easily be raced on a road coarse.

Very interested in this...I’ll be moving East next year and will be close to your shop Ted. Though I’d like to test the limits of the fuel system without a cam swap. I was thinking an ARH long system, big gulp, 112, and tune. Maybe go flex fuel sensor and injectors.

We appreciate the opportunity to serve you.

We are very well versed on the limits of the fuel system and can quote you verbatim what the limits are with many different combinations.

The stock cam limits the stock HPFP.

Then you have Octane limitations that you will typically find before you find the fuel delivery limits.

Add in E-fuels and the demands on the fuel system go up by around 30% at E-85 so the peak power numbers you can make come down.

The 112 Throttle body is cool and all but the fuel system will be so far below any benefit had from the 112 it just doesn't make sense.

ARH is a fine system we have used them in many of our builds and was developed on my personal 2016 Camaro ss auto back in January 2016

I recommend Ceramic Metalic coating all header systems for temp reduction and protection.

Sorry guys Monday came and went with starting the day with a blown Hot water header in the store so had to replace that.

Today we started the process

100mm pulley, then 90mm pulley then 80mm pulley.

First pull on 80mm pulley on pump gas 782 RWHP 709 RWTQ.

I know and intake temps are so low on mine its crazy. You never discussed that but mine usually is about 135 before my burnout and 110-115 at the end of the track on a 85 degree day and DA close to 2500 to 2800. I had one run at the LS Fest that I got thru the staging lanes a little quicker an when I left the line my IAT's were 115 and finished about 110 and that was my 9.41 run later in the day. I know you can't run the timing I do on race fuel but this blower loves it and since I've put it on I've not had knock one time running 25-26 degrees of timing on MS 109 and meth/water turned way down and that's on 15-16 lbs of boost. I'm going to see if I can run a 70mm pulley this weekend and should be in the 18 psi and we will see if I can keep from running out of fuel.

Awesome work and great new blower!

Question: Is there any way the JRE 95 mm Throttle body conversion can be fitted with the OEM intake?
