Chrome window and taillight trim? Dang. Bet they stopped at autozone to pick that up on the way to the car show.

Seeing how every SS has the "performance pack" standard (well, actually about 3 performance packs compared to the Mustang) the Mustang has this rear 1/4 window thinger to the Camaros unique decal pack, grill/insert and front spoiler.

They did a really nice job on this package, assuming the seats are nice.

The Camaro is more like a 50 year old guy who was in a coma for seven years....lol

When he woke up several years ago, he's still 50 not 43....

The Corvette skipped one year of production, I believe....did anyone even notice that at anniversary time?....I doubt it...

Average out Camaro quality compared to the Mustang in years, and the Camaro should really be 200 years old...lol...

Not at all. I'm just pointing out that the Mustang II was Motor Trends CoTY in 1974. The same honor bestowed upon the 2016 Camaro. Birds of a feather flock together, right?

And no, anyone who argues the 6thGen Camaro does not put down better performance numbers than the 6thGen Mustang is delusional.

Sooo throughout this thread I've seen a lot of hate for the 50th....if you like Camaro then what's the deal? If you don't like it then get outta here. Too many children up in this forum nowadays that have a bit of ignorance to them. Who cares that Camaro stopped production? Not me, because we have them again, and well better off than prior models. I mean seriously who would have thought they'd get 320hp in a V6 when the old V8 engines would barely push that.

If you are a fan of Camaro then don't bash it because of some big wig decisions made from a business standpoint or a damn trim pack, instead, enjoy the Camaro while you can, nothing lasts forever, one day there will be no Mustang or Camaro, then who's gonna argue about what?

I'm always hopeful when an anniversary comes up and always a little disappointed with the results.

The 30th anniversary SS with the LT4 was a nice package although it was mostly done by SLP.
The 2004 Z06 CE should have been the 2003 50th anniversary edition IMO.
I get that it's tough to provide a bump in power for a limited run, but I do wish there was some performance benefit.

The car looks nice though.

You left out a hefty ADM, which happens to most cars that have a limited production run. I remember seeing some people getting jacked by dealers that added ADM, even after they had ordered the car at a certain price.
