As has been mentioned in other threads, the European version of the camaro does allow the windows to be put both up and down using the remote (though the top still can only be put down, not up, with the remote). Perhaps the European bcm software can be flashed to US cars or white auto media could offer a solution as it ia definitely possible oem, just not with the US software
